Jack said the Christian journey must include inner (self) transformation and outward kingdom service as we grow in maturity, knowledge, and capability. Life’s purpose is this kingdom work, and it happens as we faithfully respond to Jesus and his calling.

Jack deeply believes a “Jesus lordship” life is the most exciting life there is, because the Jesus relationship is forever and life-enhancing. Jesus does required, internal spiritual work within us that no one else in the universe can do. This work has eternal value, inspiring, motivating, and captivating us forever.

We must understand the Jesus-led life, seek it, internalize it, and live it. Jesus helps each of us evolve into his own likeness—if only we surrender our will and allow this transformation.

Jack noted that the power of Christ lives inside all Christians. But few actually know him well enough to maximize his offerings. Getting to know him this well requires full commitment and submission. If we actually use his power and life-lordship, we are never the same—and we will never return to the sin-dominated selves we were prior to salvation.

We, then, become equipped and prepared for God’s new kingdom to come.

Jack spent his career in human resources, working with people for their self-development with learning and knowledge-sharing as his expertise. He holds a degree in human resources and has done training, personal and professional development, and employee relations work for decades.

Married, Jack has three grown children and five grandchildren in the Dallas, Texas, area.

All praise and glory go to God our Father, Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit.

“God is faithful, who has called you into fellowship with his Son, Jesus Christ, our Lord.”—1 Corinthians 1:9
